Former Governor of Lagos State, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, is a very influential man. In the political terrain he is unarguably one of the few that commands respect.
Another feather he has added to his cap is the fact that his personal style also influences other people. This is one quality that is very rare amongst other political figures. Some admires who have closely watched Tinubu evolve over the years admitted that he created a unique style for himself when he became Lagos State governor in 1999.
According to some of his fans, when he was a senator, he wore mostly white cap but when he assumed office as the governor of Lagos State, he picked up a style some described as trail blazing with the specially designed caps he wears till date. All his caps have unique number 8 embossed on it and come in different colours to match his different attires. Some of his loyalists say the number 8 depicts his eight-year tenure when he was governor.
Without his cap, one will have to look twice to pick him out from the crowd. It is often said that he is the pioneer of this cap he is known for and after he showed off this style, which suits his personality so well, some of his friends and admirers picked up the style. Now many of his political disciples are following his cap trend.
Asiwaju as many call him may not be as handsome as the fairy tale prince charming but his dull eyes, which are often protected with round rim glasses, are very attractive.
His eyes are one of his best assets, though many call it dull, others say they are very sexy.
