Top filmmaker and national president of Media Contents Distributors Association of Nigeria (MCDAN), Blessing Agofure, has relocated to a new and bigger office accommodation.

The new office complex, which is in the heart of Surulere, Lagos, is strategically located at No. 30 Oyekan Street, and Agofure, the boss of BTA Investments Limited, occupies the whole grand floor of the one-storey building.
His new and wave-making online film outfit, BTA TV, also operates from the multi-million naira property, which many insiders are insinuating belongs to the Edo State-born revered Nollywood practitioner.
In fact, Agofure’s new office is currently the most popular place for Nollywood stakeholders and practitioners in Surulere and its environs.
Saturday Independent during a recent visit saw several big names in Nollywood trooping in and out of the edifice.
Unassuming and soft-spoken Agofure warmly welcomed our reporter during the visit, but refused to comment when asked if the property belongs to him.
He simply said: “Yes, as you can see, it is true we have moved. We deemed it fit to move from a smaller office to this spacious and more conducive place basically for expansion and our corporate image in line with global best practice.
“Also, we decided to move in order to operate from a place that will be comfortable for us and our daily increasing clients and business partners. And we felt this is the right time to move, as a focused corporate organisation. We spent so much money relocating to this place and you can see that it is a new building and we are occupying the entire ground floor.”
