As the March date for the Africa Magic Viewers Choice Awards(AMVCA) draws close, organisers are not resting on their oars in order to have a good outing. Recently, the awards nominees were announced and as expected, Nigeria dominated the nominations. Now, the organisers are more focused on hosting a successful event. The show will once again the held at the prestigious Eko hotel.
According to the Wangi Mba-Uzoukwu, Africa Magic’s Regional Director, West Africa, she promises a bigger show that the previous ones. According to her more facilities and man-power are being put in place have a bigger outing. “It is already clear that this years AMVCA is going to be bigger than previous ones. We got more entries for the awards and the quality of entries have dramatically improved. Even the number of sponsors have increased, this year MTN and the others have joined us, it show that the awards is making an impact,” Wangi Said.
