Terry G was the headline act at the Taste and Tell show in Benin last weekend. Forever an entertainer, the Akpako master apparently came well prepared to thrill the crowd that thronged the Playhouse Events Centre Benin as he churned out some of his popular songs.

Brandishing his trademark bell which he clangs in cadence to his songs, the Benue Born dance hall artiste gave a superlative performance that left the audience asking for more. Even though he was the last act to perform during the event, it was well worth the wait.
Terry G was not the only entertainer that performed at the Legend ‘Taste and Tell’ Activation. The event also featured hilarious comedy from the duo of De Don and Buchi. Both comedians left fun seekers reeling with laughter as they dished out series of jokes.
The audience too were active at the event with ‘Taste and Win’ Game. At the end of the game, Blessing Kofi, a dancer as well as Abel Isele and Uyi Adams, both students of the University of Benin, were declared winners. Abel Isele got a brand new refrigerator, Uyi Adams was the lucky winner of a brand new plasma TV while Blessing Kofi, the only female winner, went home with a brand new generator.
Speaking about the activation, Funso Ayeni said, “Today the brand continues to enjoy steady patronage and we owe it to our teeming consumers. We do not take their support for granted and that is why in addition to our pledge of always delivering a stout drink of the highest quality to our consumers, we are always looking for ways to engage and appreciate them.”
