Governor Henry Seriake Dickson has directed the Bayelsa State Tourism Development Agency to work hand in hand with the management of Nigerian Broadcasters Award (NIBRA) to ensure that the annual event becomes part of the event calendar of the agency.

The governor gave this directive during the maiden edition of the NIBRA held in Yenagoa last weekend.

He admonished the award recipients to work hard so as to set good example for their colleagues to emulate.

To those who were not privileged to win any award this year, the governor advised them to work harder next year to be part of the select elite broadcasters in Nigeria.
